On April 18-20, 2019, in the presence of Mr. Qobad Talabani- Deputy Prime Minister of Kurdistan Region, presidents of universities, lecturers, national and international researchers, Gelavezh cultural institute in Sulaimaniya held its twenty -two cultural festival under the title "Free Criticism to Ensure Openness" at Tewaw Cultural Hall.
It is worth mentioning that Mr. Diler K. Ahmed -a Research Assistant at the University of Zakho, participated in this festival with a research paper and his research was awarded the first prize as the best research in the festival.
In addition to this, Mr. Zhehat Q. Hassan from the Kurdish Department participated in this festival too.
